Bio:

I was born into a Christian family and am lucky enough to have grown up surrounded by faith and a church community, as my dad is a pastor of a Salvation Army church. The truth of God’s wonderful love for me has been ever present in my life and I strive to live in a way that reflects that love to others around me. Jesus taught us to follow two simple commandments, ‘love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your mind’ and to ‘love your neighbour as yourself’. This to me perfectly sums up what it means to be Christian: being devoted to God and serving those around you.

I moved down to Tassie from South Australia at the start of 2025 and have found a church family at St Georges Anglican Church. I moved here to study Marine and Antarctic Science at UTAS, and I’m majoring in Marine Biology and Ocean, Ice and Climate. I enjoy spending my time out in God’s beautiful creation, especially the beach, going swimming and hiking. I also love playing hockey, but on rainy days my favourite place to be is inside curled up with a book or playing my flute.
